The hotel is in a great location near attractions and public transport. Breakfast included varied dishes daily with a dining room offering a nice view from the top floor. The reception staff was helpful. The location near food streets makes it an ideal choice.
There were only three plugs in the room, and one didn't work, leaving only two for charging multiple devices.

The breakfast featured varied options daily, and eggs were prepared excellently. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries each morning (they were delicious!). The dining area was kept clean and well-stocked.

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating . They helped with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. Their professionalism enhanced my visit.

The room was very clean and well-kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The bed was comfortable, and the provided amenities met all my needs. I had everything i needed.

The hotel provides reliable wifi, essential for planning my daily activities. There was also a spa, which I used (the Sultan's package was nice!). I also used the patio near the breakfast room, a relaxing place.

the reception staff was friendly. breakfast on the terrace were lovely. the location was perfect if you want to be close to museums and the blue mosque. i loved that all was within walking distance.
there was only three plugs in the room. one didnt work. i had only two working plugs. the tv also didnt work. i reported this daily, but no one came to fix it till i left.

the breakfast is on the terrace and it feature many turkish options. i tried fresh bread and local jam, both was delicious. coffe was strong and fresh.

the front office personnel was always ready to help. ali gave me important advice on where to go. he was very polite and also very friendly.

the hotel is in an area near all points of interest. i could reach places easily without transport. it made seeing the sites simple.
